FRACTIONAL GROWTH DIRECTOR · INTERIM CMO
Growth you can see on the bottom line.
Your business already works. Now it’s time for growth to catch up.
I’m Høgni, Fractional Growth Director. I look at your marketing, customer journey and data as one connected business, and find out where there’s the most growth to capture.

I take ownership of growth
Most companies aren’t short on ideas. The challenge is knowing what to do more of, what to change, and what to stop. I work across marketing, customer journey, data, agencies and systems, and help make the decisions that actually move the business.
What should we do more of?
Find what’s working, and where there’s room for more.
What should we change?
Fix what’s standing in the way of growth.
What should we stop doing?
Cut the activities and tools that aren’t creating enough value.
Here’s how I do it, in five steps.
Find. Prioritise. Build. Drive. Scale.
Five steps, not a heavy consulting model.
Find
Where’s the potential, and what’s holding the business back? I start there, often with a Growth Audit as the first step, and only go deep where there’s genuinely something to gain.
Prioritise
What makes the biggest difference right now? I lay out a plan for the next 90 days, and a direction for what comes after. Not everything can be the top priority at once.
Build
Then it gets built, the actual work behind the effort. No more than necessary, and no less. It’s about putting the right things in place, not following a fixed template.
Drive
Make sure the team, agencies and specialists see it through. I follow up, keep things on track, and make sure what was decided actually gets done.
Scale
Put more behind what’s proven to work. When something demonstrably drives growth, it gets more budget and more attention, not because it’s new, but because it works.
Results
Growth rarely comes from the same place twice.
Samlino.dk
8x growth in gross profit
As Chief Digital Officer during a commercial turnaround. The growth came from a combined effort across SEO, SEM and content, not from a single channel.
faa3tilbud.dk
Roughly 700% growth in organic revenue
Built around 7,000+ programmatic SEO pages. Proof that structure and scale can move the needle as much as a new campaign idea.
Queue-it
Connected marketing directly to revenue
Built the commercial reporting in Power BI that connected a website’s first visit to closed-won revenue, across marketing, sales and BI.
Growth Audit
Before we decide what happens next, we need to know where the growth actually is. That’s what a Growth Audit answers.
It’s not a free chat. It’s a concrete product, with a concrete output.
I go through what’s relevant to your business, marketing channels, customer journey, tracking, data, CRM, tech stack, agencies and partners, and go deep where there are signs of the biggest potential. Not everything matters equally in every business.
A Growth Audit naturally leads into a longer engagement as Fractional Growth Director, if it makes sense.
You get
A prioritised assessment of where there’s the most growth to capture, what’s standing in the way, and what you should do over the next 90 days.

I’ve carried the responsibility myself
For the past 15 years, I’ve worked where marketing, growth and commercial performance meet, across B2C, B2B, affiliate and travel.
I started in Google’s support team for Google Ads customers, managing 100+ client accounts, before becoming Nordic Product Specialist, training new account managers and helping them get better at performance marketing. From there, I moved closer to the business side of growth: at KAYAK, working on performance and internal marketing technology, and later at Templafy, working on paid media.
At Samlino, I stepped into the Chief Digital Officer role with responsibility for the full marketing budget during a commercial turnaround. At Queue-it, I led digital marketing and worked across performance, content, data and commercial reporting, including connecting first-touch website data all the way through to closed-won revenue.
That combination still shapes how I work today. I’m comfortable getting into the detail when it matters, but I’m equally comfortable stepping back, setting priorities, managing agencies and specialists, and being accountable for the number at the end of it.
